The terms, in plain language.

Trial and billing

1. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Card required to start; no charge during the trial.
2. We email you 3 days before the trial ends, and again the day before.
3. If you don't cancel, your card is charged on day 14 for the first month of the plan you selected.
4. All tiers are monthly. Annual billing is offered at a discount but never required.

Cancellation and refunds

1. Cancel any time from the dashboard, one click. Cancel before day 14 of your trial and you pay nothing.
2. Cancel after converting and your access continues to the end of the billing period, then stops.
3. If you're charged after the trial and decide within 7 days that it wasn't right, email support@pressdesk.ai for a full refund.
4. No placement in a real outlet within 60 days of starting your trial? Your next month is free.

Your content and your Brand Brain

Everything Press learns about your company belongs to you. You can export it or delete it at any time, and we'll export it for you if you leave. How we protect it is covered in detail in the Trust Center.

Acceptable use

Press sends email from your own Gmail on your behalf, so the rules that bind us bind you: outreach must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and the recipient's opt-out choices. Press's Guardian agent enforces these automatically and cannot be overridden — accounts that attempt to evade those controls can be suspended.
