PressDesk is in closed beta and the full policy is being finalized with counsel. Until it's published here, these are the commitments that govern how we handle your data. The deeper technical detail — encryption, Gmail scopes, tenant isolation, subprocessors — lives in the Trust Center.
Your account details (name, email, billing address via Stripe), what you tell Press about your company during onboarding, the email threads Press initiates from your Gmail, and anonymized product analytics. We never read your entire inbox — only the threads Press has touched.
Your Brand Brain — voice samples, journalist relationships, pitch outcomes — is never used to train foundation models. Not by PressDesk, not by any LLM provider. We use zero-data-retention API tiers specifically to prevent this.
We do not sell customer data, ever, regardless of jurisdiction. One customer's data is never visible to another in any form, including aggregated.
Request a full export of everything Press knows about your company at any time. One click erases it from production; within 30 days it's purged from backups, retaining only the legally required minimum.
GDPR and CCPA compliant: right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction all honored. Do Not Sell flag honored from any state. The current subprocessor list is published in the Trust Center and paying customers are notified 30 days before it changes.
Data export, erasure request, DPA, or anything we missed. Email goes to a human who responds within one business day.
