If you're a journalist or creator and don't want PressDesk customers to email you, enter your address. It goes on our do-not-contact list right away, and no PressDesk customer can email it from then on.
Your address is added to the PressDesk do-not-contact list. Every email a customer sends through PressDesk is checked against that list first, and sends to your address are blocked, including follow-ups to earlier conversations.
We keep your email address on the do-not-contact list. That is what lets us block it; deleting it would let it be contacted again.
To have your profile removed from the PressDesk database entirely, email trust@pressdesk.ai from the address you want removed. We act on removal requests within 48 hours.
Email trust@pressdesk.ai from the same address and we will take you off the list.
